Develop Training's new suite of behavioural safety training courses combine the content of the most popular health and safety based training courses and include elements and modules on employee behaviours and attitudes.
The new suite of 6 courses consists of two IOSH accredited courses (IOSH working Safely and IOSH Managing Safely) and four of the courses carry a Develop Awareness Certification.
The courses showcase a wide selection of behavioural and 'attitude changing' safety exercises across the different disciplines of working at heights, occupational road risk, manual handling and risk assessments. All the courses highlight how health and safety skills and knowledge MUST be backed up with behavioural safety elements in order to implement their knowledge and skills back in the workplace.
