Associates gather for DTL company briefing
18 November 2016
DTL's senior management team was today joined by a number of Associate lecturers who were visiting our Derby training centre for a company briefing.
Associate lecturers enable DTL to provide high quality technical, health & safety and compliance training UK-wide, and they ably support the delivery side of our business.
Significant investment in training facilities
Speaking at today's company briefing, Develop Training CEO Chris Wood told Associates about the management changes to the business since 2014 (appointments of new CEO, Finance Director and Sales & Marketing Director), improved financial performance and the key drivers behind our approach to business.
In addition, he explained about the significant investments being made to improve training facilities in our Swindon, York and Derby training centres.
Associates taking a keen and positive interest
Wood said: "I’m delighted with the turnout and reaction to our first Associate Briefing in Derby. Similar events will be held in York during December and in Swindon in the New Year. It’s great to see our Associates taking a keen and positive interest in Develop Training and the firm’s development. In the last year DTL has grown both financially and operationally. New training centres have been opened in Croydon and Romford and we have invested in our Electrical training workshop in York."
Further company briefings will be held at DTL's York and Swindon training centres in the coming months.
