Nichola keen to get started

28 April 2017

Develop Training Ltd (DTL) is pleased to confirm the appointment of Nichola Kitching, who joins the Company as Business Development Manager.

Nichola boasts over 10 years' experience in the Welfare to Work and Education sector, most recently specialising in apprenticeships and work-based learning from both a sales/account management and operational viewpoint.

Relationship management

"I'm looking forward to using my relationship management and operational experience to work with our key clients to ensure the best service for their training requirements" Nichola says.

Away from education, Nichola enjoys good food (both the cooking and subsequent eating!), reading and, when she's not beating her partner at various games on their Nintendo, keeping fit through boxing.  She cites Mexico as her favourite place in the world: "I love it - the weather, the food, and the people there are so happy and friendly!"
