Step by Step Guide to Online Booking

We have now added a new online booking feature to the website where you can send your training requests directly to our sales team who will confirm your booking and payment details within 48 hours. We hope that this will make your experience with us hassle free, quicker and easier.

Please follow our step by step guide below to place your booking online.

Step 1

Using the tabs across the top of the page, or the links down the left hand side, select your desired training area e.g. Utilities - Gas Networks.

Step 2

Within the Courses section of your selected training area, choose your required course from the drop down list and click View.

Step 3

Within the Training Dates section of your selected course, please select the date and venue at which you would like to attend the course. Then click on the desired Venue which corresponds with your requested date.

Step 4

Fill in your details on the booking form and click SUBMIT after checking that all details are correct.

Step 5

Your booking request will now be sent to a member of our sales team who will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your booking and arrange payment.

We are currently working towards bringing you an online payment feature which will allow you to not only book but also pay for courses online, there and then. The initiative is part of our drive to give all of our customers the complete 21st century training experience.
