• The nature of common hazards: chemical, biological, mechanical, psycho-social, electrical, manual/mechanical handling, noise, fire and slipping, tripping and falling
• Specialised areas - addressing utility specific hazards & risks
• Behavioural factors affecting Safety and Health
• Understanding reporting procedures
