The day was better than I thought, it went quickly. Roger, our trainer ( hope I’ve remembered the right name) was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. He made it understandable, interactive, there were interesting facts & humour thrown in as well. He included everyone on the day, we were all treated the same. There was a variety of materials used; presentation, video & we were given a workbook to use, there was time allowed for discussions. At the end we had a short exam which we were guided through, throughout the day. The whole group looked as though they enjoyed it
