Improving the skills of Team Leaders and Supervisors

Do you need to understand how to motivate and inspire your team? Could you improve your communication skills?

This 2 day workshop involving innovative "real-play" scenarios and practical exercises is designed for those who work in a technical role within an operational environment, and have progressed to Team Leader/Supervisor.

This workshop provides the opportunity for delegates to understand how to manage teams, by using a variety of training methods. Delegates will learn new skills in a safe environment.

  • We simulate real situations, with actors, to test management skills. These are observed and discussed as a group to share best practice.
  • The programme can be enhanced with the addition of psychometric testing and/or post course reinforcement, projects, or follow up workshops. The programme can be built to employer specification.

What qualifications will you achieve?

  • This course is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Do you need to bring anything with you?

  • Delegates are required to bring to bring their basic PPE with them - Hi-Vis jacket; safety boots; safety glasses; hard hat.
