If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity as a Electrotechnical Trainer working remotely across our training centres with nation travel and overnight stays to join our team on a full-time basis and we would love to hear from you!

What we’re looking for:

  • C&G 2382 – 18th Edition.
  • C&G 2391- Inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations
  • C&G 2392 –Fundamental inspection, testing and initial verification
  • C&G 2377 – In service inspection and testing of electrical equipment (formerly known as PAT Testing)
  • Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent)
  • Level 3 Assessor Qualification (TAQA, A1 or equivalent)
  • C&G 2919 Electric Vehicle charging is desirable.
  • Solar PV and energy storage experience is desirable.
  • NVQ L3 in installation is desirable.
  • Experience of a safe system of work is desirable.

This opportunity will enable you to support the business with growth whilst working with current and new sales pipeline opportunities. What will you be doing:

The Sales Advisor is responsible for gaining sales over the telephone. The Sales Advisors responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions. The role determines excellent communication skills and a hunger for sales. They should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
This will require a focus on
•Provide product information and advice that could potentially lead to a sale.
•Focus on acquisition and retention of new customers over the telephone by proactively identifying targets and prospects.
•Open course optimisation ensuring all courses are being filled where delegate numbers are low.
•Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships, dealing with enquiries efficiently and effectively to ensure Develop provides a customer service that exceeds expectations.
•Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
•Liaising with customers to ensure that all works delivered are to the exact standards required by the customers.
•Meeting Sales Quotas
The job role demands work in collaboration with other areas of the business to identify sound business opportunities and showing openness by sharing information with the business of additional opportunities as they arise from the customers.

Principle Responsibilities

•Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
•Asking questions to engage with customers and keep the conversation going.
•Listening to customer needs to generate repeat sales.
•Proactively answering customer needs on live chat (HubSpot)
•Answering all customer website enquiries on Develops products and services.
•Record all interactions with clients on the Customer Service Management System (CRM)
•Responsible for the optimisation of places on all open courses
•Ensure customers are proficient in using services offered by Develop Training by identifying customer needs and providing advice and guidance to identify solutions.
•Provide customers with product information, advice and assistance in making sales.

•Guiding our delegates and visitors to make sure they are safe.
