- Understand the concept of mental resilience and its impact on managing stress.
- How to identify the benefits of mental resilience within the workplace.
- Create and apply strategies for challenging negative thoughts and promoting positive thinking and how to challenge own perceptions.
- Identify practical steps to create healthy, sustainable working conditions.
- Apply tools and techniques to build resilience and learn how to make 'stress your friend'.
What do I need to bring with Me?
- Prior to the course, learners will receive a diagnostic/questionnaire and SWOT to complete and bring along to the on-line session.
- Pen and paper to make notes.
How is the training delivered?
- A 4 hour online delivery via Microsoft Teams or Zoom followed by a 1 hour one to one coaching and action planning session.
