A 1 day course, involving two half day on-line workshops, aiming to develop an employee's ability to positively influence and negotiate with others to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes.

How is this training delivered?

  • This course involves two 4 hour on-line sessions. A pre course knowledge assessment and post course SWOT, into action workbook and influencing/negotiating action plan.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Prior to the first session, delegates will receive a diagnostic/assessment followed by a SWOT and into action workbook to enable them to prepare for the delivery of a presentation at the second session.
  • Pen and paper to make notes.
