Delivery was brilliant, facilities very good only thing I would suggest is maybe a 4 day course instead of 3 as it was quite a lot to take in over 3 days. I feel an extra day would benefit everyone taking the course, other than that no issues
June 2023 - Ross Taylor
Fantastic delivery by Mick. His knowledge and ability to communicate this is second to none.
January 2023 - Mark Senior
Over all the instructor & course very good. Felt the course was very intense & too short for all of the information to take in, would benefit from being a day extra.
October 2022 - John
The training was great, an extra day wouldn’t go a miss so you have more time testing the valve

Training books were not passed on prior to arrival, course would of been easier if books had of been passed on a week prior so could read a little each night rather than all night after day one.

I discussed with Mick Reading the lecturer for the course that i felt that the course details could perhaps include details that a working knowledge of the Water Regulations/ Byelaws would be beneficial prior to attending the RPZ course.
