Brentwood training centre opening

Develop’s latest training centre in Brentwood, Essex, officially opened its doors last week to its first cohort of gas engineers.

Brentwood is the first in a series of new training locations for Develop throughout 2022. With centres due to open in Birmingham, Ashford and Norfolk this year is certainly a big one for Develop Training.

The Brentwood centre based at Codham Hall ran its first course at the beginning of February and was hailed as a resounding success from both delegates and Develop staff alike.

Brentwood centre will deliver courses for the utilities industry

Matthew Gray, Head of Operations & Training, said: “Develop is the UK’s leading provider of compliance, technical and safety training. Despite all that the COVID19 pandemic has brought over recent years, we are continuing to grow and are set to rapidly expand our nationwide training provision throughout 2022.”

He continued: “Our new centre in Brentwood is in the perfect location for those based in and around the London and Kent areas. The Gas Distribution for Managers course is the first in a wide variety of training Develop will be delivering from this centre covering a diverse course offering from mains gas, electric and water to streetworks (NRSWA) and confined spaces.

This is an exciting time for Develop and we are committed to ensuring we’re able to offer training of the highest quality in locations that are convenient for our clients.”
