DTL welcomes Lisa Whysall to Customer Service team

Develop Training Ltd (DTL) has appointed customer service specialist, Lisa Whysall, as a Sales Advisor based at their Derby Head Office. Lisa will be covering for Louise Banks on a part-time basis whilst she is on maternity leave.

Prior to joining DTL, Lisa spent over 10 years working in the finance and recruitment sectors in various customer-centric roles. Lisa will be putting this experience to good use by helping customers to book onto the correct training courses, as well as supporting internal teams such as Planning and Sales & Marketing.

Lisa said, “I’m very excited to have joined the team at DTL. Everybody’s energy and enthusiasm are invigorating, but more important to me is the business’ culture and commitment to our customers. I’m really looking forward to the next few months in this role, especially as the business is evolving and has just appointed a new MD.”

Lisa lives in Alvaston with her husband of 19 years and their two children, Bethany (18) and Ethan (6). As a family they enjoy taking long walks around the local area with friends, and plenty of exotic holidays – the latest jaunt having been to the Greek Islands earlier this year.
