INDUSTRY NEWS, VIEWS AND UPDATES FROM DEVELOP TRAINING

Welcome to issue two of Develop Training’s new ‘ReView’ newsletter. We had great feedback from the
introduction of this newsletter, the aim of which is to keep you up-to-date with all things Develop; from industry news
and changes to regulations, to details of new courses or changes to existing, as well as news from across the group
and features and interviews with industry experts from world leading trainers to those just beginning their careers in
our sector.

Despite the UK’s third national lockdown, the team at Develop has had a busy few months - how are we in March
already! We have been rescheduling non-essential training for our customers, as well as running many of our courses
virtually to ensure the safety of both of staff and delegates. We have also been developing a number of our in-class-
room courses and making them suitable for delivery virtually. Of course, this is not possible for every single course we
deliver, especially as we want to ensure that our delegates still receive the same high quality training experience as
they would from an in-classroom delivery. We are also continuing to work hard on the the 4 step measures for easing
