I need Multi-Skilled employees, can you help?

Yes, we appreciate that there is a shift within industry to multi-skilling and can tailor programmes to match your needs, particularly elements common between the Water and Gas utilities.

How do I order training from Develop?

This is simple, you can either make your booking or enquiry online, or our training advisors will advise you on the training solutions we offer. For more complex inquiries we can arrange a discussion with members of the delivery team or an on site meeting to look at your particular requirements.

In what areas of the UK can you provide Gas training?

Develop Training has purpose built training facilities across the UK. We are proud that we can deliver on a nationwide basis but with a strong local presence.

Can I undertake training at my premises?

Our training centres are built specifically to meet the requirements of training/assessment in controlled conditions, but we also have a long history of delivery on site where numbers, facilities and equipment make it practicable. Where a classroom is required on site they should be fit for purpose to avoid detrimental affect from, for example, noise from operations. Can you customise courses to suit our particular requirements?

Yes - to discuss your requirements please speak to our training advisor team on 0800 876 6708. We can incorporate your companies own policies and/or safe working procedures and if numbers allow we may be able to tailor delivery to your specific requirements.

If I have a group of people needing training, can I get a discount?

This may be possible; if you speak to one of our training advisors they will be able to consider your particular circumstances. We don't ordinarily discount our services but do recognise where larger orders are placed with us.

Do I need to bring documentation used in my company?

This not essential, but please feel free to bring any documentation you use as it can help put the course in to context for your own organisation and procedures.

I have paid for a course, what happens now?

We will send you a range of documents which will contain: your receipt of payment and invoice, any pre course training notes, a map to the location you have chosen, joining instructions and your delegate booking form. In case you have any questions, we are available on 0800 876 6708 to answer any enquires or concerns that you may have.
