Develop Training extends its warmest congratulations to Mr. Nigel Keery OBE of Belfast Health & Social Care Trust (BHSCT), on becoming the newly elected President of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (IHEEM).

His recent election as the President of IHEEM marks not only a personal milestone but also highlights the industry’s collective commitment to excellence. It follows hot on the heels of his prestigious OBE (Order of the British Empire) for outstanding contributions to public health in 2022.

Develop, as a proud training partner for Belfast Health & Social Care Trust, is honoured to witness and celebrate this significant moment in Mr. Keery’s career. Both Mr Keery’s OBE and this new role are a testament to his tireless efforts in advancing healthcare infrastructure, promoting training and development, and fostering the next generation of professionals in the field.

Develop provides training programmes for estates & facilities management teams that align with the evolving demands of the healthcare sector. Most recently Develop secured a contract with BHSCT to deliver essential low voltage electrical training to a large number of estates staff, including both Authorised and Competent Person training.
